Great RPG game! This is a great roleplaying game. Easy to play and brilliant graphics. I disagree with other reviewers about needing the manual to play. I figured out how to play this game in a matter of minutes. I am well used to playing RPG and started off with the early Ultima games and Dungeon Master( which still goes down as one of my favourites). But I think most people who will play this game have played other RPG games and if not, will go on to play other role playing games, so the game play should not be too difficult to figure out. The possibility of different characters that you pick up is great in BG2 and as it continues on from BG1 all characters are relatively experienced. This is a great game that will give you hours and hours of fun even after you have completed it.
