Gold Master Release is actually still in Beta World of Warcraft has the "potential" to be one of the best online games ever EXCEPT for the fact that this game was put on the market too soon. When the game is playable, it can be loads of fun. One problem is the servers are down at least one day a week for hours on end for supposed emergency patches and then patches to fix those patches. Another problem is that the game is plagued with known bugs that after being known to the developers still have not been resolved. Blizzard employees have developed a community with its player base but only chooses to address some of the bugs with the more popular classes in the game. Not worth retail price of the game plus a $15/month subscription to not be able to play due to server downtime. Customer service is the worse I have ever seen as well.
