Bad support, Characters disappear! excellent game if it work Bad support, Characters disappear! excellent game if it worked First off bear in mind that's it's not only $50 for this game.. they want a monthly fee too. The game itself is really good like the previous warcrafts it's a top notch game however it seems blizzard has no I.T. operations experience and the game goes down way to often. I've spent week developing a character only to have it disappear! Contacting support is not a pleasant experience expect to wait a week for a reply and it's bound to be a cut and paste answer that probably does not apply to your email. I've sent four mails so far and have had the same cut and paste reply! If your willing to put up with shoddy support, the loss of characters and lot's of downtime this is for you.
